We want you to love your magical fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all Disney Mad Shop hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
